Perfect Seattle Afternoon

on traditional Duwamish land....

Met up with my friend Kalpana to do some plantbathing. (Don't you love that mushroom sweatshirt?)

We made two types of flower essences: Indian Plum and a beautiful unknown yarf ( yet another rose family- plant), the massive white tree behind me in the wider shot.

Some type of cherry? Native Hawthorn? It had a lovely energy that said, "being your authentic self is good enough".

We found a hummingbird nest. It looked like it was made with a combo of moss and soft downy feathers. The bird was a bit cross that we were in the area so we didn't get close enough to look inside.

Gathered a bit of Stinging nettle.
